What ATX in Color is

ATX in Color is a community platform for Austin: business and organization listings, events and ticketing, jobs, community groups and media. Much of the content comes from members, businesses and event organizers, not from us.

Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Listings, events and tickets

Event and business information is supplied by organizers and businesses. We do not guarantee it is accurate, current or complete - check details with the organizer before you go.

Tickets are sold through Stripe checkout. ATX in Color processes the payment; the event organizer sets the event's own refund and exchange terms. Contact the organizer first about a refund.

Events are run by their organizers, not by ATX in Color, unless an event page says we are the organizer.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post or upload. You give ATX in Color permission to store and display it on the platform so the community features work. Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Conduct

Do not post anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or hateful. Do not scrape the site, probe its systems, or use it to spam.

Links

The site links to other websites and services (ticketing, video, maps, social media). Their own terms and privacy practices apply there.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Community features depend on information from third parties, and features may change or be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ATX in Color is not liable for losses arising from event changes or cancellations, third-party listings, or your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
